Welcome! I’m Teresa-a wife, mom of three, author, creator, and small-business owner who has always found joy in creativity.

My journey began with something simple: coloring. I’ve always loved coloring books, and after spending months relaxing with them, I thought, “Why not try creating my own?”

Once I started designing, I couldn’t stop. What began with coloring books quickly grew into other genres, and before I knew it, I had created a little bit of everything-from fun and educational children’s books to meaningful journals, planners, and books for adults.

The Weight of It All is my most personal project-my true story. It wasn’t easy to put such a personal part of my life out into the world, but I wanted to be a voice for others who may need encouragement and hope. It is a story I am incredibly proud to share.

My creativity has continued to grow beyond the pages of my books. I am now a BP Independent Rep through Teresa’s Fizz-Ness, where I share the excitement of surprise jewelry reveals, beautiful jewelry, and fun live experiences with an amazing community. I also enjoy creating colorful, personalized phone charms and handcrafted car freshies that add a little personality and joy to everyday life.

At the heart of everything I create is a love for creativity, growth, transformation, and connection. Whether it’s through playful learning for children, supportive stories and tools for adults, a beautiful piece of jewelry, or a handmade creation, I hope something I make brings encouragement, inspiration, and a little extra joy into your life.
